Processing Times
Because our jewelry is handmade, please allow:

2–4 business days for order processing before shipment.

During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship within the United States.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking information.
Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
Delivery Issues
Mucho Corazón is not responsible for:

International Shipping

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
Lost packages may require a carrier investigation before a replacement or credit is issued.
Incorrect Address

If you need to make a change, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee the address can be updated.
