At Mucho Corazón, every piece is handmade with care. Because of the artisanal nature of our products, we want to make sure you understand how returns and refunds work. Please read the policy below before placing your order.


Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged.
• Customized or made-to-order items are final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

  • The packaging

  • Your order number

We will send a replacement or issue store credit.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear depending on your bank.


Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
• After that window, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.


Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Earrings (for hygiene)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or discounted items
